Parking
If you are arriving by car, please park directly opposite Villa Maria on Kreuzbuchstrasse. Your address for the navigation system is: Kreuzbuchstrasse 1 6006 Luzern.
Driving with car from city center
Here you have to turn left at the traffic light. Immediately on your right is the Kreuzbuchstrasse parking lot.
Going to the city center by car
If you drive into the city, you have to cross under the railroad track at the Verkehrshaus Luzern and drive along Kreuzbuchstrasse to the parking lot. At the level crossing at Haldenstrasse you are not allowed to turn right!
Parking costs
Park in any parking lot and walk to Villa Maria. Call our team on +41 41 410 16 81 so that we can issue you a 24-hour parking permit for CHF 15 (maximum 3 days at a time). The parking lot on Kreuzbuchstrasse is free of charge daily from 18:00 in the evening until 08:00 in the morning. With a blue parking permit you can park for a maximum of 3 hours at a time free of charge.

Next to the house entrance, enter the door code you received by e-mail to enter the house.
Check-in process
In the lobby, the check-in kiosk will guide you through the check-in process. You can programme as many room access cards as you need. If you have any questions or problems, you can always call the service desk at the nearby Hotel Beau Séjour.
Room
The check-in kiosk will give you your room number, for which your access card will now work. Rooms 1-4 are located on the first floor. Rooms 5-8 are located on the 2nd floor.
By train and bus
As a hotel guest, you travel free of charge by bus in Lucerne. If you arrive by train, go to bus platform B in front of the station. Take bus line 6 (Büttenenhalde) or 8 (Würzenbach) to the "Dietschiberg" stop. From the bus stop to Villa Maria it is a 50-metre walk.
