The Villa Maria service point is located in the Hotel Beau Séjour. You can reach the historic hotel after a wonderful walk along the Luzernerquai - with a magnificent view of the Lago di Lucerna and the Pilatus - or by taking the shorter route along the Haldenstrasse. The team will answer your questions, start the day with our breakfast guests and will be happy to help with any of your concerns. Of course, the team is also available by telephone and e-mail. The reception of the Beau Séjour is open daily from 08:00 to 23:00 (CET).
