Just a few steps away from Hotel Villa Maria is the "Dietschiberg" bus stop, which is served by bus lines 6 (towards Lucerne Matthof) and 8 (towards Lucerne Hirtenhof). From here, you can reach Lucerne's Schwanenplatz and the old town in just five minutes.

There is no reception at Villa Maria, but we are always there for you. Our service point is located at the Hotel Beau Séjour, 400 meters away, and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. CET.
Every day, a delicious breakfast buffet with an exquisite selection of regional specialties and delicious coffee awaits you at the Hotel Beau Séjour, 400 meters away. Breakfast costs CHF 19 per person and must be reserved when booking online.

In case of intolerances and allergies, please inform the Beau Séjour team in advance. By the way, soy and oat milk are part of our standard offer.
Each room is equipped with Terre de Mars brand hand soap, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The products are from a Parisian label that specializes in vegan and organically produced cosmetics.
All drinks and snacks in the mini-bar are included in the price of your stay and are replenished daily. This means that there are no additional costs for consumption.
All hotel rooms are equipped with a tea maker and a Nespresso coffee machine.
During the summer months, the rooms at Hotel Villa Maria are equipped with portable air conditioners to ensure pleasant temperatures.
All rooms are equipped with safes. If this is not enough for your valuables, you can contact the Beau Séjour team and use their hotel safe.
Each room has a plug adapter with various international connections.
The rooms are freshened up daily and the beds are made. Thorough cleaning with a change of linen takes place every three nights. More frequent cleaning is available on request.
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or any other areas of Villa Maria.
Check-in from 3 p.m.: If you arrive before this time, you can leave your luggage at the Hotel Beau Séjour and relax there while you wait.
Check-out by 11 a.m.: If you would like to spend some more time in Lucerne after checking out, we at the Hotel Beau Séjour will be happy to store your luggage securely until your departure.
In the Salone recreation room in the basement there is a TV and board games. The lounge is exclusively accessible for Villa Maria guests.
Access to the building and rooms requires the use of stairs. A small elevator is available inside the hotel.
We offer a simple laundry service at the Hotel Beau Séjour. We charge CHF 25 per wash cycle and return the laundry dried but not ironed.
Dogs and/or other pets are not permitted.
