Our beautiful Villa Maria is located just a few meters from Lago di Lucerna and has eight modern rooms and family rooms/suites as well as a small garden. You can expect quiet rooms with an exclusive furniture collection by designer Daniel Hunziker, 1950s-inspired design, and contemporary art by Nina Staehli.
Our boutique hotel is centrally located: you can reach the centro della città in a few minutes by bus (the stop is on our doorstep) or by taking a roughly 20-minute walk with a view of the Central Swiss Alps and the lake.
Breakfast can be booked on request and is served at the nearby Hotel Beau Séjour, which is a 5-minute walk away.
There are no TVs in our rooms. If you want to spend some down time in Villa Maria, you will find a TV and board games in the Salone in the basement.

Check-in/check-out
At Villa Maria we rely on modern technology combined with excellent service. Guests check in and out on their own, at any time, day or night. If you need our help, the team of the nearby Hotel Beau Séjour will be happy to assist you during regular reception hours from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (CET).
Breakfast and minibar
After a short, 400-metre walk, you will be welcomed with a hearty breakfast at Hotel Beau Séjour, our service point. For pangs of hunger in between meals, there is a minibar in every room, the contents of which are included in the price of the night. And: all rooms are equipped with a coffee maker and a kettle.
Parking spaces
We don't have any on-site parking, but with a bit of luck you can find a spot at the lots on Kreuzbuchstrasse. Our guests benefit from special conditions: they can park at the Kreuzbuchstrasse parking lot for CHF 15/day. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please contact us.
