This legendary restaurant offers more than just cheese specialties – every evening from April to October, the Stadtkeller offers a complete package of traditional Swiss cuisine and folklore entertainment ("Swiss Folklore Show"). From November to March, you can dine here from Tuesday to Saturday, and the kitchen is open from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The menu includes cheese fondue made with the restaurant's own recipe, raclette and fondue bourguignonne such as fondue chinoise.

Zunfthausrestaurant Pfistern: All year round

You can enjoy Swiss cheese specialties all year round in the historic ambience of the Zunfthausrestaurant Pfistern. In addition, the terrace on Unter der Egg will be transformed into a magical winter forest from November 1, 2024 to January 19, 2025. Over 100 different varieties of cheese fondue await you here, while cozy blankets and warmed "Chriesistei-Säckli" bags create a cozy atmosphere.

Fondue House Du Pont: All year round

The name says it all! Various cheese fondue types await you and you can also try raclette at Fondue House. Prefer a version with bouillon? No problem: there is fondue bourguignonne and fondue chinoise (including a vegan option). The restaurant is located on the Reuss, so you not only enjoy cheese, but with a bit of luck also a view of the Jesuit Church, the Kappell Bridge and the water tower.
